Stop using UM. Go to each person's mailbox. Change email delivery from "Unified Messenger" to "Forward only" or "Forward and copy". No client based software is needed. The voicemail is delivered as a WAV file with the actual timestamp of the recording on the email, not when they happened to open Outlook.

This works for me if anyone else wants to try it.

What worked for me was to take the MSMAPI.INF file from an Outlook 2003 client and copy it somewhere else then upgrade to Outlook 2007 (2007 install will delete this file on upgrade) then after the install was complete I moved that INF file back to where it originally was programfiles/commonfiles/system/msmapi/1033 after that I was able to use the already installed UM or install it if the client didn’t have it. I have been doing this on all of our clients since we upgraded a little over a year ago with no issues.

If anyone can send me the fix, I would appreciate it. We had tested this a couple of years ago and hadn't gotten any new '07 clients since, till now. Any help is appreciated.

I just upgraded to Office 2007 and am unable to install UM 2.212. Can you please email me the fix as well? Much Appreciated.
