I applied the registry hack to one machine with SP3 and it worked. It did not work on another machine. Biggest major difference between the two is that the one that works has IE6 and the other IE7. Of course it may have always worked for this IE6 machine...

UberGeek Member Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 3 USA	I was able to get Outlook SP3 working with UM. If you are running outlook SP3 you need to uninstall outlook and reinstall to SP2. Then reinstall UM, then apply SP3. I've notified InterTel of the fix. We have full functionality in UM UberGeek
