Some things to check when programming time events are

1) Did you assign the time events to ring in the proper zones?
2) Are the schedule(s) you assigned the time events to activated?

Which part of the system wiring are you referring to that has been changed? If you are making paging announcements as normal and sound is coming out of speakers, the wiring usually shouldn't affect whether time events sound or not.
