I was messing around with my phone trying to figure out how to change the message when a person first calls in (I have figured it out). I must have changed something because now when someone calls me, my phone no longer shows the caller ID information, and when I pick up the receiver the system says, "You have a call." How do I cancel the "You have a call" notification, and get it to display the caller ID?

You changed your mailbox extension transfer option to supervised instead of blind. Log back into your box and after entering password go to extended options OPTION (6)... Extension settings (1) and change it back to blind transfer (2).
