This should be an easy question for some of you guys out there but i cannot figure this out. I have a customer that just presses the MWK 7000 key on their phone when they have a message, goes right to their new messages, works great. Set up a new person today to do the same thing, programmed the buttons the same way. Wont work the same, asks for mailbox number # then password #. What am I doing wrong ? my head hurts from pounding on desk.... Any help would be appreciated ,Thank you, Doug

I am not 100% sure on this but I believe that is part of the ADMIN config when the mail box is created. Go back into that mailbox and edit the properties. I believe there is a prompt for Auto-login.
The button on the phone just gets the user to the mail box. How the mail box works is in the configuration of that mail box.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
