Don't you have to push the feature button first?

-you need 4.1 software -you need to build a route and dest code (forward to dest code then cell#) -you need to do Flash/Link then * as if pressing Feature
Link/Flash + * + DestCode + Cell#
See if that helps

Hook *4 is forwarding your phone - not what you want to do. You really are trying to Transfer your call to cell phone.
Hook *70 9 Cell#
BUT - you also can't have line pool access code. (dial 9) You have to use routing. (dial 9) Analog needs 2 IC's and (I can't remember for sure)maybe allow redirect.

Maine Phone Man
I just re-read your post. Are you trying to put a Permanent forward on your analog phone?
If yes, then it would be *4 not *70 but then the rest of the reply is good.

As Curly stated, in order to setup call forwarding on a single line set, you have to Flash/Link then press the * key before entering the feature code - if you are simply picking up the handset and dialing *, then you will get a busy signal as you are supposed to. If you Flash/Link * 4 and dial 9 plus the phone number with the assumptions that you have 4.1 or above and have programmed a route with "9" for line pool access then all should work fine.

Yes I forgot the 4 but seems he meant what I knew lol Link/Flash + * + 4 + DestCode + Cell#
As mentioned 3 times you need to use a Route, not Pool.
Recap with all of above mentioned:
-You need 4.1 software or above (you still have not confirmed what software you have) -Build route 010 and tell it to use your existing pool -create dest code of 7 and tell it to use route 010 -Assign 2 Intercom paths to the DN of ATA -set Allow Redirect to Yes
Try that and see if still an issue.

One last thing - you mentioned Pool is 9 - Pool is most likely A, but if you mean you set up an Access Code of 9, you need to remove it - it will conflict with the destination code of 9.
