I do wiring for this customer there was an emergency and they needed a Mitel IP 5324 installed. They have an IP Hybridge system I cross connect a line to the output of the IP Hybridge plugged in the phone it came up and try to get a dhcp address but it times out. I switch a know good working phone to the same jack and it gets a dhcp address and connects. Do I need to set something to the phone so it can get a dhcp address
