New info.

What bay # should the Trunk cards be in? Also are they plug and play? Can I move them around?

Also what should the jumper settings be with these digi lines? Loop switch has been set ?

slot 14 trunk card seems to cause the constant ring.
I have slot 11 trunk showing 124 lit solid
slot 14 plug it in and it rings the console constant..
slot 13 trunks 1234 lit

Also line 1 on the control card is staying lit up

I changed the switches and now the trunk led's all light up solid

Brandon,

You have pretty much exhausted what help you can get from this forum. You are now venturing into dealer/installer territory. I would encourage you to contact a local Mitel dealer in your area for further assistance.

The system, if it is indeed a 200D, is a hybrid. You can access the maintenance logs and you should get a much better idea of where the problem lies.

The OP in this thread never gave us all the information we needed. He said he had a 200 Digital and then said it was a 200 Analog. There are different ways to address the problem depending if it is analog or digital. Which system do you have?

Try reversing the polarity on the trunk.
