Strangest thing I have ever seen, the ground from the power company had pulled loose from the building and all the power was bleeding into every thing the voltage tests from rcamin tipped it off and probly saved the motel....thanks for the help
the voltage from building ground to tip and ring was 70v very little amp but knocked the crap out of me
