When you say ring do you mean on incoming calls
in default 201 is only one to ring as all calls go to group 500 where 201 in in if you need more to ring you need to put extns in group 500 (pmc601

That is exactly our problem. We'll give your suggestion a try in a day or so and I'll let you know if it resolved our issue. Thanks.

In mmc406 you see what rings on lines 701 through 7XX.

If that is group 500, you go to MMC600 and add extensions to the MEMBERS category.

You will also want to make sure the ring is set to unconditional if you want all the members to ring at the same time.

If anyone has the manual for the DS616 that would be great. we have one for DCS616, which is close, but not totally correct. if so, please email to [email protected]. Thanks.
