Has anyone seen problems with the connector on the UDT office? I got called back on my first one to day due to dropped calls. DIDBG didn't show LOS's, but I could shake the cable and watch the LOS led flash. I had to "retweak" the fingers to get a good connection.

nop, check if all connector pins (springs) are not bent. It can be the cable loose connector too.

All the pins looked straight, which appeared to be the problem. I very gingerly put enough bent in to make a better contact. If by cable loose connection you are refering to the crimp on RJ45, I'm using a premade cable to try and avoid that.
