To whom it may concerns,

We have 7 trunk lines in our Protege system. The problem started when one of the line get disconnected from the client's end. Afterward, that line stayed green on that particular phone and won't goes off. If that user try to pick up that line again with the same phone, he/she would get no tone.

Anyone who try to pick up that line with other phone in the office will get a busy signal.

I checked the lines in the voicemail card. All the trunks are idle. I even goes as far as resetting the voicemail.

What would I do to resolve this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks. I simply reset the phone box. It's working now.
