I am getting "UNAUTHORIZED SIZ" message on my
IP Phones (280S) and Softphones.

What Do I need to change in my IPX500 Programming?!

Thanks in advance all.

It's in the IP section of the programming tree. There should be a section that sizes the UGW for IP phones. Now, you could ALSO not be FEAT authorized for IP as well. That is in the FEAT section of the programming. You may also have to look at the original SIZ of your phone system to see if you are sized for IP phones.

*Please note that you are getting into areas that could cause your system to default if you aren't careful or know what you are doing or both.

It could also be that the setup of the UGW is not setup for IP phones.
