Having trouble in the back end of system with the CCR's

Say I have 1.3 in my Status Ext. on a TranCCr box.

What does that correspond to in the CCR folder on the system.

I see things like CCR1m2.1
ccr1m2.2 etc

I have to restore and old greeting from backup and having trouble with it.
I know the orgiginal was 2.1 but I can not tell which 2.1 it is.

Thanks.

I don't understand your question. If you select the file through total commander it will put it back into the proper CCR tree. You could call Tadiran Tech support and ask them..they should know. I have never had an issue with restoring the TAD directory.

Not using total commander.

Had to change some messages. Could not record the new ones using saem person's voice, so renamed some CCR files.

Found which one I was looking for.

Thanks.
