All you need to do is send the dial tone on the first pair of the amphenol cable open up the phone and move the bell leads from y/sl sl/y and hook them up to the white/ bl blue/wht pair coming out of the cable inside the phone.This would be a line bell.then you could rig a 90v message waiting lamp also off of the same pair.
at least thats what i would do.
