We have an Iwatsu ASIX VS IX system installed new in 2002. Now, we are unable to mannually dial voicemail and automatic attendent no longer answers incoming calls. For several days before this happened, the system periodically stoped responding to incoming calls (no ring tone & no voicemail answering), usually after exposure to 50 degree temperatures overnight. It could be reset by turing the system off, then back on, and would function reliably during the day. Any thoughts as to the cause or fix?

The most likely cause is a malfunctioning voicemail card, and dealer support is a must for this issue. Check the installer links at the top of the page, or contact Iwatsu at this link
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
