The ESI phones in our office have been working great the last few months, but I just noticed that occasionally the intercom isn't working on mine. Someone will buzz me, and I'm speaking but they can't hear that I'm there. This only happens once in a while. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Probably the person is calling from a noisy area, so your phone thinks they are the one speaking even after they announce themselves. Most speakerphones are half-duplex, which means if a person is speaking you have to wait until they are finished speaking before they will hear you. You can talk or listen but not both. If you have an ESI full duplex phone, then I'm at a loss, especially if your handsfree answer is turned on. Do you have the same trouble when you make an outgoing speakerphone call?
