Searching for a way to program inbound calls to forward to answering service, Customer wants to do this with 1 button.
Is this possible?

I have a site with a PRI that at night they wanted there calls to go to a answering service. I setup a info mailbox and recorded a greeting saying "please hold while your call is being transfered" in the mailbox's reroute day & night I set it to a outdial branch in the AA with the answering services number.

since when can you have a PRI on an S class? ( 56S )

Thats correct must be atleast a E-class, I over looked that in the post.

You can point the DID to an outdial branch in night mode. Done it before, worked well.

Point the DID to the individual extension. Set up an info mailbox - say MB350 - with a "1 second of silence" greeting with Call forward busy/no answer destination as any outdial branch with the answering service phone number. Then program a key with 565 + VOICEMAIL + 350. That's the only way to do it with ONE key, independent of day or night service.
