Good job John, I can program the IVX's, S and E's just as fast from the handset as I can ESI Access, then I use it to update my database on the ole laptop. Went to another site this morning and had to program the same exact thing. Guess you started a trend. Glad it worked out and the customer is warm and fuzzy, that is what counts!
Have a Grateful Weekend!!!!

I usually find it easier to program through the desk phone however in this case the system is in Kansas and I'm in Florida.
I did however find it acceptable to use greeting 1, Worked fine.
The application here is a Veterinary Clinic and in the event of an after hours emergency a message left in MB302 is to notify the doctor by calling his cell phone. I would like to eliminate the need for the Doc to enter a password in order to receive the message however even though the offer of changing password level presents itself the prompts don't follow through like I'm accustomed to with C&E Class systems.
Any inside info on that?
