What router do you have at home? Did it ever work? UDP definitely being blocked.

Did it ever work. You need to have the ports open and forward to ip phone and ip board. Did it just stop working?

New install, never worked yet. The ports are all forwarded on both ends.

No audio is always in the ports being blocked on one end or the other. Do you have public ip address for the board on the FX side?

Thanks Jim, yes I have the public ip address for the board. Right now double checking Comcast(ISP) about the ports being open. Is there any way to test if ports are blocked?
Thanks Pat

There is but teh IT guy always does it for me. He usually can see it in firewall logs. I have not set it up with Comcast before so I do not know if they block them. There are providing the router?

Yea Jim they are providing the router, everyone says they are open, I'm not sure what to look at next! I've done a lot of SIP but this is my first Iprimo.
