Trying to get a Quick Q key to work on newer PCs that no longer have LPT1 ports on the back. Has anyone had any success with USB to LPT1 converters or PCI cards?

Quick Q is a win32 application, so a USB converter *should* be fine, though I have not personally done it. Any application that is 16-bit or DOS, then forget about USB converters as those programs typically access the BIOS directly for port IO. No guarantees, but you should be fine based on the way Quick Q is built.
