System: IDCS 500 R2 L Version
Trunk Types: PRI,TRK(CO),T1

I set a V-Ext (3501) to All Forward to an External Number (9-xxxxxxx). Now, If a CALL the ext from anywhere in the building, it just rings and rings and rings

If I setup a DID to ring that Ext, it goes... RING DIALTONE RING (Ext # Rings)

1st, How come in house calls are forwarded, and is there a way to "mask" the dialtone in the middle?
2nd, Why isn't the in house calls being forwarded?

I have an extra AA Card, and do have a SVMI-16E

System Specs:
IDCS 500 R2
(1) TE/PRI in PRI Mode
(4) TE/PRI in T1 Mode (one is a E&M Wink)
(3) TRK C1
(9) DLI16
(3) SLI-16
(3) MGI-2
(1) SVMI-16e
(1) AA Card

Do you mean why are external calls forwarded and internal calls don't?

do you know:
system administrator set up to have our phone lines divert to an external mobile number, deleted that number as per his instruction to put a new one on for a weekend and cant now put the new one on... Samsung KPDCS- 12B LCD
