I found that the switch goes to night mode at 5:30 as it should. So am I safe to assume the problem is with what box it goes to? On day mode the DID goes to the receptionist. On night mode the DID goes to a different box number.

Night mode should go to a box that does not just ring over and over. So how do I find the box that does this and re-point it. Or maybe re-create it. Open to suggestions.

Is there a extension listed in the translation tables for this DID under the night extension or voicemail id or night enhanced?

Yep. I have night extension of 701 for DID of the main number. If I dial 701 in the day hours it transfers to voice mail #703

It appears that one of your vm ports was taken out. Change the forwards to 701->702, 702->703, 703->701. and you need to check the comdial.lnk file which is a procedure beyond the scope of this board. Your next step is do what I asked you to do!
