A customer called about a blinking intercom lite on his phone , he doesn't know how to stop it , I had him reboot the phone and switch ,I also had him try another phone at his location ... nothing worked ..he's at station 10 and he appears to have the supervisors phone.....there are no phones with screens he can use to show if it's an alarm ...any thoughts ...this phone system is before my time.... Thanks jimy

Depending on the flash rate it could be a station to station message or the system is in night service.

Blinking ITCM would be indicative of night service being turned on for sure. You can cancel this by going off-hook, pressing ITCM and pressing the # key.
Station to Station messaging causes the HOLD button's light to flash.
