I like the NEC product, but I have a hard time beleiving they have a larger market share than either Avaya or Nortel.

They didn't until they acquire Nitsuko aka Tie. I am pretty sure they are winning the key system battle as it's damn near impossible for Avaya or Nortel to compete on a price playing field. And as most know here at the smaller end price is everything to most people.

What you mean by leader? Are we talking sales or superior systems and features? Avaya and Nortel are too corporate and slow to move (if I hear my Avaya BM tell me that it's like trying to turn a battleship...) I think a few upstart companies are going to continue snatching market shares. Chris ------------------ One stop Voice and Data Solutions VoIP
