If the line light is flashing orange the set is programmed to ring. What you need to do is go to set. With handset hangup press volumne switch up. You should hear the ringer go up. When it is at a good volume press Intercom **5 to lock it in. That should do it.

Thanks Jim. I will give that a try. I did check the ringing volume several times, and its all the way up. I have not tried the Int **5 afterword though.

The constant speaker light on means that the background music is on. Go thru options to turn off.

Jim, thanks man. The ringer must have been locked on mute. Int **5 after adjusting the volume did the trick. No matter how many times I adjusted the volume, It always went back to mute, until I locked it in. Thanks for the feedback to all. Also solved the backround music/ speaker light. Thanks DLR920.
