K-CCIS from system A- switch- system B is working fine. But when i connect system A - network- sytem B. System A or B reng when received incoming call. But i coudn't hear any thing. I opened port 59000, 57000, 10020,10021. What do i need in case?

maybe it is an idea if they are on the same switch to follow the example that is in the SV8100 VoIP manual V6.0.
i did some testing with the K-CCIS on the SV8100 today and when i followed the example it worked right away.
