I get the Amy Ronk prompt but when I when I get to the point where it asks me if I want to change greetings, i don't get the main greeting, I get "Amy Ronk is not available." or "Amy Ronk is not in today." What gives? I thought this was the system box. Can I only change the gereeting from port 01 or 02? This doesn't seem likely. I can't seem to find anything about it inthe documentation! Arrrrgh! chrislebeck Member Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 1,313 Henderson, TX USA	*2# (probably 2 times to get to the main greeting) then use the amy ronk login (i'm not going to post it here) 0 will get you to the system manager options. go to greetings skip the holiday mode and change the day greeting for opening box. ----------------------------------- now that said, the main greeting might NOT be in the default $greeting! it can be called anything. you would have to know this in order to change it. if it starts with a $ then you won't be able to change it via a phone. you'd have to do it via a laptop and the cosessions software. if it has a name starting with a number or a name (no $) then you can change it via the phone IF you are the owner of the box. to do this (if it was a transaction box) you would log into your box like you were going to listen to your messages. then leave a message for that greeting box. it could also be a regular subscriber box. if that's the case then you log on as that user and change their greeting
