The owners dropped line 3. When using the speed dial numbers they default to line 3 first. then line 2 and line 1. Other than tying up line 3 with a phone that isnt being used. How hard is it to change the speed dial to default to line 2 first?? I am a computer guy that got stuck with the phones as well. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Alan

What is needed is to remove CO trunk #3 from the dial '9' trunk group(trunk group #1). You will have to go into program mode for this. Do you know how to enter program mode?

he figured it out but for everyone else:
get into programming (sta 100 or 101 feature hold #0*) lk3 transfer 03 hit conference until it says: 03/03:trk gp=01 change the 01 to 00 transfer speaker ------------------------------------ OR...........(this is my preferred method)
get into programming lk3 transfer 92 conference until it says: 03/92:mf press lk1 so it says nil transfer speaker
