I didn't argue with them since all that we did for them was cabling anyway. After several complete system outages in less than two months, out it came. You know the ones that try to start up on a shoe string, but find you can't low ball communications. They all seem to get out of their contracts without pentalties. I know I personally sell Allworx but included it in "Other". I whizzed by "Asterisk - Trixbox etc." as I don't do Asterisk and didn't consider it included other IP systems. I wonder how many others thought the same as me and put their IP ware in the "other" category? Had you had a category that read "Pure IP system" and not "Asterisk - Trixbox etc." I think your data would read differently. The poll got lost in cyber space before it was completed by everyone so I may post another one if I do I will include what ever brands that I know of. Anyone that has a brand name to include in the next poll let me know and I'll include it next time.
