"The night mode feature worked prior to the move. Would powering the Dispatch down affect the night move feature? Shouldn't the time setting for the night greeting stay in memory?"
The DHS is at least a 15 year old system. We have one left in our customer database, the rest were replaced mostly due to memory battery failure.
Are you sure that your DHS hasn't defaulted?? I wonder, also about the memory of the Dispatch.

Just got off the phone with him the problem currently is that the Dispatch is not recognizing any DTMF digits when dialed which is why he is getting the messages. The integration is all programmed correctly on the DHS he can hear all digits dialed on the S/L ports with his test set but the VM is ignoring all dialed digits. Had him change his Voice Lines to unused menu with the same results. He is set for DHS integration.

Eliminate the DHS from the equation. Connect a CO line direct to one of the Dispatch ports. Call the line and when the Dispatch answers, try to navigate then. If you still can't, you have a bad Dispatch. If you can, you may have a bad SLA adapter.

You can also plug a CO line directly into the Dispatch and see if DTMF is recognized.
