Hey soooooooo i finally got it out of him call groups are different from pickup groups (in a nice way had to explain) but He actually wants them to be able to pick up their line now question is if they are all close how would they know would a pickup button show up on their phone anytime a call comes in


and how would they know which line ....

sorry for the Misinformation .... but now im curious on a pickup group scenario

now it shows only 5 available 5 groups how could i enable more or am i doing it right


so do i like

if i wanted more then 5

106 and 107 CALL GROUP 1
110, 115, and 116 CALL GROUP 2
111 and 117 CALL GROUP 3
112, 118, and 119 CALL GROUP 4
120, 121, and 122 CALL GROUP 5


113, 124, and 123
114, 125 and 126
127 through 136 all one call group.

gosh smile hehe i actually just looked in the manual and it states only 5 for the CIX100 available

and 1-32 for the CIX670 Eeeeek

so i can tell him only 5 pickup groups


now when and if they are in there would it show the callers iD or the Dn id that the caller was trying to call originally
