I would agree with the Bunnie but I still would not discount the hookswitches with 3 cabinets you have a lot of phones, I changed out 7 at one time in a system with only 20 phones took us forever to figure out the problem because the users were moving the bad phones from one location to another.

I changed the programming back in toll restriction (cant remember the program)so everyone can dial out, I didnt change it so I dont know how it changed. I did on the 8/3 and it hasnt shut off since. I just purchased DKIAdmin so if I need to switch processors it will be easier. Thanks :banana:

People would not be cut off in the middle of a call due to toll restriction. You can call out or you can't, there is no software to drop a call in the middle of a call.
That is another problem, quite probably as Breed suggests, hookswitches.

I understand, the system hasnt shut off by it self and no ones complained about getting cut off either. Thanks again everyone for your input. :banana:
