I've downloaded the Installation and Programming manual but can find very little information on the KFCU1a. I do know that it is a feature pack but can't find out what features that it gives you. Can someone help me out with that information?

The Kfcu1 is a Auto attendant feature cartridge that work with the dk 16.I dont suggest using that at all it doesn't work good ,I suggest using external AA or VM.Thats my opinion.

ssphone,

Yes the KFCU is the feature key for AA for the DK 16 ,but for the DK 16e and 40 they use the key KKYS and for the DK 8 and DK 14 they use QKYS key .

The KFCU is already being used but for what I'm not sure yet. There is an answering unit there but from the paper work that I found on it, it doesn't do anything but answer the line and give a message and hang up. I am going to make another info. gathering trip out there soon to see exactly what they are doing with it. The customer was completely unaware that they even had this unit installed and have never recorded the message.

I used the KKYS keys on 16e and 40's for the Golf corses around here. Used a Viking DVA500 digital anouncer to play the msg and the key read the DTMF and did the transfer. Worked great and still working today customer didnt want voicemail.
