I have a Toshiba Business Phone System and cannot figure out how to make all of the phones ring. I have 2 "programmed" that do ring. But i have 5 others that don't.

The model # of the phone is dkt2010-sd

It took a little while to get back. The bottom line, that you probably do not want to hear, is that the Toshiba systems are not the most simple systems for the average "end-user" (you) to program. If you have some technical ability, you could get a manual and spend a number of valuable hours trying to figure out what to do and still not get it working the way you want to.
I would HIGHLY recommend geting an experienced Toshiba technician in to get the system up and running the way you want it to.
You can find local Toshiba dealers on the Toshiba web site. You need to select "telephone systems" then "dealer locater".
There is also the possibility that a good toshiba tech could step you through it over the telephone, but you really should have a 20-button display for programming. Any good Toshiba tech will have at least one on their truck.

Or you can look at my profile as my number is in there and call and I will walk you through the programming step. Tech support by phone is cost effective.

i am actually having the same problem, but i know how to get to the programming menu and whatnot but after that i am kind of clueless. i know how to access certain programs but now how to make certain changes.

i get into program 92 which allows me to set the ring volume for the phone, sub program 5 anyways, but after it displays the dtk vl initial then it just gets stuck there, and where exactly are the LED lights? any help at all would be much appreciated and i have aim, or yahoo messenger to chat with if that helps!

thanks in advance for any help!

Look in SSPhone's profile and call him or e-mail him.

u need pro. 81 for day ring the led lights are the buttons on the right side of the phone the very bottom button is line 1 in program mode light up as many lights as u have lines. u can use range progaming like if u want to program 200 thru 215 to ring in day mode enter 000*015 then light up leds 1-8 for lines 1-8 to ring. good luck but i do think u need to get a tech to make sure your system is set up right for the first time then u can play with it.

thank you, i finally figured that part out. now my only problem is that when i access a menu system on our voicemail i cannot dial numbers to access other portions of the menu i do not know if this is because of the phones or the voicemail box.

if anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance for any help

make sure your processor is programed right in program 03. next check your dtmf card that should be on your processor is good. if its not the system doesnt understand the buttons your pressing.
