It is a good system, but the price is a little on the high side, like about 8 k too much. You might also want to look at the Lucent Partner System. https://www.telbroker.com/Partner_ACS.htm

Hi Kim. Capacity on the DK40i is, I believe, 12 COs, 28 stations. If T-1 integration is used, you can get 12 channels max out of the RDTU but no CO backup. Conversly, It can be configured for 8 channels on the T, with 4 additional CO lines thru the main board on the KSU. Then 28 stations after that.
