Came in early this morning and reset the entire Telrad 1000 switch. This did clear it. Probably should have done this from the start!!!!! But it hit me when I found out another extension had developed the stutter dial tone over a weekend. I did check the call forwarding, but neither of the extensions had any call forwarding features programmed. Thanks to all for the help.

I have a school district that has a local prefix of 7xx and the faxes are always getting forwarded because they forget to dial 9 first.
