i believe that only 2 ports of the 824 can be set for apits... 7 and 8 OR 15 and 16. if your setting all four, this might be your problem.

Hi,
Thanks for all the feedback, however this thing is still kicking my butt.
MrGemini, yes i have the 2 port TVA50. I have tried all the above suggestions to no avail, I am starting to think I have a 824, but both devices are new and this 824 previously worked with different TVA

Are you sure TVA has software that supports APT. Are you sure it has a hybrid card in it?

I solved my problem by disabling APT, hooking up a digital set to each port & doing a station feature clear. (I79#)
