Got a call from a new customer that has a BCM-50 v3.5. The AA answers all calls, but when someone trys to transfer to an extension they get this message, "the routing resources needed for this call are busy, please try again later. Goodbye." The system then hangs up.
Never heard of this problem before. Any ideas?

Try to increase numbers of channels in VM set up. By default it is 1 change to 2.

Update: Customer changed the AA greeting and inadvertingly changed to an incomplete CCR. Removed the CCR and everything works fine.
