I have a 0X32 w/6.1 software, Call Pilot 150 V. 3.0, T-1, and DID's. My problem is this: I have set-up some of the lines to go directly to the CP and have flagged the express messaging line in the CP to be the target line so that external office workers will have direct-line voicemails. However, many times when you call their phone number you never hear a ring and the voicemail will pick-up in such a way that you hear their voice greeting mid-way through their greeting. How do I change the timing so that inbound callers on their DID's will hear at least a ring or two and then the entire greeting? Thanks in advance

Some one will come up with a better solution, but until than have the user re-record their greeting doing the following, when they here the beep to record wait 5 seconds or more before speaking.
