8X24 DR5???

I have 2 questions ….


1-How can transfer a call external. ( Truck to Truck)
2-Can I add single line ports to the system?

1st question - need to know software version.
2nd question - what do you mean, single line phones? Are you talking about analog? If so, yes, but you will need an ATA for each set.

Ok, with DR5, I think you can transfer externally. WHat exactly are you trying to accomplish? Have you thought about trunk to trunk transfer thru your local carrier?

I have a 3x8 DR5 at home and i can do trunk to trunk transfer on that, so i believe you can do in on 8x24 no problem.

Ok when someone calls in I wont to transfer the call to someone outside of the office. Bit when i hit thr trransfer button and try to dial 9 i get INVAILD..........

Thanks to all I found the problem....

I had to set the dial code on line pool a to 9...........

I feel like a dum A** for not looking at that....
