A while back I sent a Innline VM off to repair when it came back it had no mailboxes.I rebuilt the mailboxes and everthing seemed good.Four months later I visit the site and the owner says that ever since message waiting lights dont work!Ive sent this VM to repair twice!I called TECH support and they want a credit card number to dial in to it to fix it (no help at all).No programming has changed on my end ,any suggestions?? thanks Jason

You'll have to find out the on/off codes for the Mitel & input that info into the Voice Mail. Do you have access to program mode for both the PBX & the Voice Mail? Is this an analog integration or digital?

I believe that Innovation InnLine is an analog integration.
