Customer has Mitel 200 Light with two T-1s for data distributed though the switch for internet access. This is a residential motel/townhouse complex where a lot of data is needed.
Her problem is suddenly the data flow is very slow ---- she claims the provider has said the speed is okay going to her. It seems the access to the data portion is restricted. Without a switch / T-1 provider meet it seems there is a drastic reduction of speed beyond the switch --- as if someone has a real heavy load on the network.
Any suggestions?

KLD Do you mean the CSU is breaking out channels some for the Mitel and some for Data ? If so what is the breakout ?

Didn't have all the info from the customer but she claims the telecom switch is doing the data distribution. I have not been on site --- IF service is slow Monday and I finish my other install, I'll run by and take a look. Thanks, Doctor. KLD
