No need to shout we can hear you . to the Forum . Does the DND happen to both Digital and Analog sets ? If the DND feature is not required on all sets have you tried removing DND as a COS option to see if the trouble still occurs ? Thanks

Sorry about the shouting .No I haven't tried that but as per Mitel tech support I have removed the access code from form 2 , the customer does not use analog sets , they tell me that the digital sets do not need an access code in form 2 . I can't removed the DND feature as the use this .

What model digital sets are you using ? If the users have access to the superkey they do not need an access code . Program a test Digital set with the same COS and feature buttons and see if that goes into DND on it's own volition . Do not connect a set to this test phone just program it in software . I have seen digital sets that have DND activated that the user swears up and down that they did not set . Once I changed their COS and removed DND the problem never returned . I have also had users program a free line key using the superkey to become a makebusy key not realizing what it does . Ironicly they usually choose the button next to the hookswitch so while hanging up the phone they would sometimes accidentily depress that button with the handset . I hope this helps .

You are welcome . If you do program a test digital set in software . Once in a while if you are on site , plug a set into the port and try calling it to see if DND or No Distrub is returned on the calling phone display !

Thanks for the help. The problem is cleared since the reset, but this is the second occurence. It'll probably happen again, so now I have more info to look at to try to isolate where the issue is. I will post again when it does. Thanks for all your help. You must be gellin!!
