I was thinking exactly what you were. I have checked that all users are on the same keymap.
That user was had a different alternate, but I changed that before I started this post and they tested since then.
I will rebuild the extension tomorrow. They have a crazy design due to multiple users only working part time but having their own extensions and wanting them NOT to ring when they are not there.
Anyway... I will post back after the rebuild.
