how do you find what extension number belongs to an 800 number in the phone system? We're using an Inter-tel Axxess system and DB Studio for our software application. Thanks for any support you can provide.

System\Trunk related information\Call routing tables. You'll find the dial pattern for the 800 number, and the associated extension or application.

You might need to know the local number the 800 number is pointed at and do what dflschute said
