Yoda, I was wrong (got confused with sl1100)
Going back to your original setup, uncheck 10-63-01 and it should work

Thanks guys. Got it going with the settings you mentioned last
And with 10-63 off. My connectivity problem was a open in the ethernet cable to the network (open, as in unplugged. Yes, I'll take my lumps.) I've made notes of those ip settings for future IP phones.
