We have 8 channels on a T-1 prime for voice, and intertel axxess 5.1, call comes in and the DID info gets passed to the phone switch, and the call gets routed to the correct location, if that person is still on that call and another call comes in with the same did, the call comes in generic with did information and goes to the front desk as t-1 inbound ... I cant see any where on the intertel side that would cause this problem, and i think its on the provider side? can anyone else shed some light on this? Thanks Robert

Robert, Check your flags. DID calls will either camp on or give a busy signal depending on the flag situation. Also look at the forwarding options.

Thanks Larry,
there is no DID information comming in when the same number is called, two inbound calls same DID (number called) and this will do it.
