Here's one for you all. Let's see if you can help me better than tech support did, since they hung up on me.

Have a 7200s 4.82 with an OAS card. Using all sip lines. Digital sets at local site and VoIP at remote. They have an option in the AA that for a on call nurse the customer presses 1, it uses a dial menu and dials the set phone number. This feature was working great when they had incoming calls on pots lines and then outgoing on SIP. Once we did the port and it all went to sip, both in and outbound, this feature ceased to work. The system puts the caller on hold and after a few seconds the call disconnects. I can call the number directly from a phone on site and it works. I have SIPt>SIPt Mgi use set to on. I have looked over my programming 15 times and can't seem to find my downfall. Any ideas?
