When I try faxing to one of my DID numbers, I get an error in my AVDAP Monitor that reads "No fax ports available". When I check the summary file in the AVDAP folder, it reads no fax ports. Can anyone tell me how to modify this? This feature has worked in the past and I am not sure why it all of sudden stopped and developed this error.

It means the FAX board drivers are not loaded. I would reload the AVDAP software on top of itself, selecting the proper board settings. If you're unfamiliar with this procedure, I highly recommend you consult with a certified Inter-Tel Technician.

I called the local Inter-Tel company and they removed the board, after talking with Inter-Tel Tech Support. I have aksed to be upgrading to the latest voice processor, so that they do not have to go out an find this old board for the NT OS. Thanks anyway!
